Order Online: Placing an order on line is simple and easy. Choose the category from the list to the left. In the
category page you will see the image and price of our gift baskets directly below the image. Click either the basket name,
picture or price and it will open that items contents for viewing and reveal the "Order Now" button. It's that simple!

address for accuracy and fast delivery & to avoid additional fees from UPS & expensive return fees.

** Please note UPS charges $10 when they have to correct any address information, we will carry this on to our customers. You can
verify your ship address at www.usps.com and select zip code finder. This 2 minute process can save you $10.

Returns and Cancellations: We strive to provide you with unique quality gift baskets and gifts. We want to ensure
you are completely satisfied with your gift and shopping experience. If you received unsatisfactory customer service or
are not satisfied with your gift please email us within 5 days of receipt of your gift to sales@giftbasketsassociates.com.
Be sure to include as much of the following information as possible:
Your name, phone number, and email address.
Order number, Recipient Name, Name on the Credit Card purchasing the gift.
Detailed description of issue

To receive a credit, refund or to return an item please read the following closely;
You must contact us within 5 days of receipt of the item to receive any credits or refunds.
In order to receive a full refund if you decide you dislike the item received we must be able to pick up the unwanted merchandise. (You can't decide
you dislike your car and not pay for it, you can't do that with our gifts either. If that sounds unfair buy something from wall-mart and try to get your
money back without returning the item). Each and every customer service issue is unique unto itself and will be handled based on the situation.

If your item is returned because UPS or the post office could not deliver due to a bad address supplied by the
customer you will have the option to reship the gift to a new address or cancel the order. UPS charges a return fee that
will not be credited back to you and we will not issue credit for food items we will credit a percentage of your gift based
on food components. If you opt to reship the gift you will be liable for reshipping fees to the new address and any
charges incurred by UPS.

Substitutions: Due to the unique products contained in our gifts occasionally we may need to substitute items. If we
substitute and item it will be replaced with an item of equal or greater value. During hot summer months chocolates
will be substituted to prevent melting. Common chocolate substitutes are; brownies, cookies, hard candy, etc.

Security and Privacy: Our site is secure from spy ware, and information theft provided by Yahoo! Gift Baskets
Associates staff handles all information with confidentiality and our information is never given out to 3rd parties. We
