Gift Baskets Associates is only one of our Gift Basket and Gift stores online. Our companies original website has been in business since 1994! The
original website for our companies was one of the first websites on the Internet offering gift baskets and gourmet gifts. Over the span of the last thirteen
years we have expanded to having 4 different and unique gift basket sites offering beautiful gifts and baskets.
Why did we create more sites? Easy, when you walk into a store shop or boutique it may feel comfortable and suit your tastes whereas someone else
may prefer another store. By designing and creating new sites our older clients that have relied on us year after year can continue to go to a store they
are accustomed to without multiple changes have taken place. As time and technology have changed though we continue to design more current styles
and themes for new customers giving our clients a variety of different store features to choose from. Each having a unique navigational and layout to
best suite each individual customer. Every customer is different and so are our sites!
Our company has two office headquarters, one in Illinois and another in Missouri. Our gift baskets all ship from Cape Girardeau Missouri as this is a
central location that enables us to send gifts with free ground shipping that will arrive to the East or West coast within two to five business days from
time of order during normal operational days. (Please see our shipping page for more details). Our staff is comprised of about 40 people from the
President of our company to our warehouse staff.
Even though our stores are web based our employees are important to us so there are periods around holidays and special times that our offices,
warehouse and answering services are closed so our staff can enjoy time with their families, our websites however take orders 24/7 year round and we do
check our email at various intervals during these closures. All members of our staff are off on Saturdays and Sundays with no exceptions. UPS also
does not make any pickups on Saturdays or Sundays so we can not ship packages on those days. During holidays and special times we will post the
dates on our website so this does not cause inconvenience to our customers. A happy staff and good work environment help us to ensure your gifts are
handled with care and that all of our employees are working to our customers satisfaction.
Holiday closures. We do not ship on the dates below and UPS may not be delivering on these dates. Please plan ahead to avoid late deliveries, our
following closed dates for 2009 are as follows
May 22nd and May 25th, 2009 - July 3rd and 4th, 2009 - September 4th and 7th 2009 - November 26th and 27th, 2009 -
December 24th and 25th, 2009 - December 31st, 2009 - January 1st 2010
****If you select our free ground shipping please note that ground deliveries are not guaranteed by us or UPS.
Although UPS is 99% on time with deliveries when using the transit information below it is not a guaranteed
service. We will not issue refunds for late deliveries if you select ground shipping!!!
